David Nelson
David began his time as Centennial’s pastor in June 2022. He is passionate about the local church and teaching the Bible in a way where Jesus is glorified as the friend of sinners. David received a Master of Divinity degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He holds a ministry license from the Evangelical Free Church of America. In his free time, David enjoys hanging out with his wife, Abbie, daughter, Phoebe, and Golden Retriever, Wally. He likes trying new restaurants, meeting up with friends, playing golf, and hopelessly cheering for Minnesota sports teams — especially the Timberwolves.
