Women’s Retreat 2017

2017 Centennial Church Women’s Retreat
September 22-24, 2017
Oak Forest Center, Frederic, WI

IMPERFECTIONISTS in TRAINING is our 2017 weekend retreat for Centennial Church women and friends to get away from the pressures of everyday life and hang out in a peaceful rural setting.  This weekend will be a great time to make new friends, connect with old ones, eat some great food, participate in various fun activities, and enjoy two very special speakers and times of worship together.

Speakers: Jen Burmeister & Kimber Sullivan

Jen Burmeister
Since her younger years, Jen has been passionate about connecting with women and encouraging them in God’s truth, often looking for deeper lessons in the common experiences of life.

With a degree in Christian Education and minor in psychology from University of Northwestern – St. Paul, her work experience has included staff roles at UNWSP, self-employment, and stay-at-home mom.

Jen has attended Centennial Evangelical Free Church since 2003 and has served in church leadership as well as on the committee for Set Apart, a faith based women’s conference.

She and her husband Jeff have been married for fifteen years and have three girls, an eleven year old and one year old twins…and one unmanageable but cute dog.

Kimber Sullivan
Kimber Sullivan has attended Centennial Evangelical Free Church since 2001, serving in a variety of roles from Church Chair to Deaconess to Worship Team member.

In her professional career she is an IT Project Manager, Consultant Mentor and Trainer.  She loves to combine scripture with personal experience, humor with heartbreak.

At informal events, professional workshops, and Women’s Retreats, Kimber brings the wisdom of Scripture and the wonder of a constant learner.

Kimber is married to Steve for 13 years and is mother to Tim (12), Jack (9) & Claire (9), two manageable fish, one even more manageable lizard, and two unmanageable dogs.
